You were never taught how to let go of what you carry. These guided meditations, my voice over live ceremony from the Sacred Valley, help your body finally release it. I walk you in and the ceremony carries you.
READ THIS SLOWLY
Right now, in this moment… do you feel happy? Do you feel sad? Angry? Frustrated? Resentful? Tired? Heavy? Maybe you feel something you cannot even name.
And if you do feel any of those things, which is okay, do you know why you feel them? Most people don't.
They wake up with a heaviness they can't explain. They get irritated at things that shouldn't matter. They feel stuck in the same patterns, the same loops, the same quiet exhaustion. Not fully depressed. Not fully lost. But not fully themselves either.
And when someone asks, “What's wrong?” the honest answer is often: I don't know. I just feel this way.
Then the self blame begins. Maybe I'm too sensitive. Maybe I'm lazy. Maybe I'm undisciplined. Maybe I should be over this by now. Maybe something is wrong with me.
But what if nothing is wrong with you? What if no one ever taught you how to sit with what you feel? What if no one gave you the space to let your body release what it's been carrying for years?
You are not broken. You are not too sensitive. You are carrying something you were never taught how to set down.
What no one explained
The patterns that shape your emotional life didn't start yesterday.
They began much earlier, in the way you were treated, in the way you learned to stay safe, in the way the adults around you handled their own emotions, in the moments where you had to be quiet, strong, pleasing, invisible, or okay before you actually were. You absorbed things before you had words for them
Then years later, as an adult, those old patterns still speak through the body.
A tight chest. A restless night. A short temper. A sadness that arrives without a clear reason. A morning where your mind is already racing before your feet touch the floor. A feeling that you're behind, even when nothing has happened yet.
So you try to fix the surface. You push through. You distract yourself. You scroll. You meditate harder. You buy the supplement. You try the app. You start another morning routine. Some things help for a moment. But the deeper question remains: Why do I keep feeling this way?
And more importantly: How do I finally give my body permission to release what isn't mine to keep carrying?
These meditations won't hand you the answer to why. What they do is more basic, and more necessary first: they help your body get calm and safe enough that what's been stuck can finally begin to move.
Why nothing has worked
Most modern solutions are built for symptoms.
Can't sleep? Take this. Can't focus? Try this app. Feeling anxious? Breathe like this. Feeling heavy? Push harder.
And sometimes these things help. But if the root is deeper, if the body is holding years of emotion, pressure, grief, tension, and patterns you never had space to release, then surface tools can only go so far. Because the body does not release what it does not feel safe enough to release.
Here's what happens when emotion goes unreleased: your body stays in quiet alarm. Not full fight or flight, just a low, sustained hum of vigilance, like a door left open in a cold room. And when your body stays in that state, focus becomes hard. When focus is hard, you take less action. When you take less action, the heaviness and anxiety grow. Then you blame yourself and start again.
That is the loop. It was never about trying harder. It was about finally giving your body the signal that it's safe to let go.
The message that resonated
When I spoke directly into the camera from the Andes, the message that resonated most with people was simple:
If you don't know why you feel the way you feel, it may be time to start looking.
Not with judgment. Not with force. Not by fighting your emotions. But by giving yourself space.
Space in nature. Space to observe yourself. Space to notice your patterns. Space to ask where the emotion comes from. Space to stop barely surviving and begin moving toward a more peaceful life.
That's what people travel to the Sacred Valley for. The mountains. The silence. The ceremony. The sound. The prayer. The space to finally hear themselves again.
But not everyone can come to Peru right now.
So I created a way to begin from home.
What your ancestors knew
Our ancestors had space. Space in nature. Space to sit with what they were feeling. And they had ceremony of rhythm, chant, and sound at dusk to release the day, at dawn to call themselves back.
Now? An alarm. A phone before your eyes are open. Notifications. The world hijacks your nervous system before you've found your feet. Your body never agreed to this. It still expects the signal that it's safe to be here.
The answer isn't something new to add. It's something old to return to, a way to come back to the rhythm your body already remembers.
How it works
Our ancestors knew this. The slow, repeating sound of rattles, drum, flute, and chant was one of the oldest ways to move the body out of stress and into rest.
When the body begins to feel safe, the mind softens.
When the mind softens, emotions can move.
When emotions move, the heaviness begins to loosen.
That's the doorway. Not force. Not analysis. Not trying to think your way into peace. A quieter way. One that begins with the body.
These meditations were channeled and recorded during real ceremonies in the Sacred Valley of Peru, my voice guiding you over ceremonial music performed by local artists of the Sacred Valley, and the living silence of the valley at night. They carry sound that was never made in a studio. This is why you don't just listen to the meditations. You use it, at night to let the day and what came with it fall away.
Recorded with the blessing of Q'ero and Quechua elders. The intelligence to heal is already in you. Sometimes the body only needs the signal to finally let go.
The seven nights
Not just into rest, but into more room inside yourself.
The doorway in. Her voice sets the container: seven nights, the elements, your body, your family, your lineage, created with the prayers of her ancestors and the permission of the elders who came before her. There is nothing to get right. Only your willingness to show up and receive. Then her voice steps back, and the valley carries the rest of the night.

Most people wake up and immediately give themselves away. To the phone. To messages. To worries. To the list. To the noise. They start the day already behind, already reacting, already scattered, before they've checked in with themselves. The Morning Alignment, Inti: Rise with the Sun, is different.
It's a short dawn meditation to help you gather yourself before the day begins. You breathe. You listen. You set your intention. Not from pressure. From presence.
This is where the meditations becomes more than rest. It becomes a way to meet the day steadier, to respond instead of being pulled a hundred directions before you've had water.
The Morning Alignment is available at checkout.
The woman behind the meditations
I'm Rossana Tello. Most people know me as Rossanita. And before I created this work in the Sacred Valley of Peru, I was the person I'm describing to you now.
I was the one feeling everything intensely, sadness, frustration, heaviness, and not knowing why. The one lying awake at 3 a.m., exhausted but wired, waking up already behind. The one who'd tried things that helped for a while but never reached the root.
Born in Peru, with lineage from both the Andes and the Amazon, I walked away from myself for years, from my land, my people, and my own emotions. When I finally returned, the mountains called me back to this work. For over 13 years, I've trained with Shipibo elders, lived in the Amazon jungle, and sat in ceremony with Q'ero and Quechua wisdom keepers.
And here's what I watched, over and over: people would arrive carrying years of held emotion, sadness they couldn't explain, heaviness they'd accepted as permanent. They'd sit with us in nighttime ceremony. And within a few nights, something would soften. Not because anyone fixed them, but because the sound gave their body permission to release what it had been holding. The fog began to lift. They slept. And in the mornings, they woke clear.
I began recording these ceremonies with the elders' blessing. Not as music. Not as content. But as a way for anyone, anywhere, to receive the same signal, and begin the same return.
I still listen every night. If these meditations didn't work for me, I wouldn't offer them to you. It's how I stopped barely surviving and began to thrive.

Why this is different
Almost every "calm" or "focus" track you'll find was built by software. Synthesized frequencies. AI generated ambience. Studio loops designed to be pleasant and forgettable. No human voice guiding you. No real presence.
These meditations were channeled and recorded on sacred land, during real ceremonies, with elders who have carried this way of wellbeing for generations.
No synthetic frequencies. No AI. No studio production. A real voice. A real place.
They hold the actual presence of the Andes, at night, and at first light. Rossanita's voice guiding you through. The icaros sung by elders who learned them from elders. The silence that can't be manufactured, only received.
Something no app can replicate. Something you won't find anywhere else. Something that carries the living vibration of the land itself.
Before you decide
This is not a pill, and it is not a quick fix. It will not change your life while it sits ignored on your phone. It works the way our ancestors' practices worked, through repetition, with respect, a little each night and each morning. If you're looking for one button that erases years of held weight overnight, this isn't it, and I'd rather tell you that now.
This is for you if
You feel emotions you do not always understand
You feel stuck, heavy, restless, or disconnected from yourself
You've tried apps, supplements, routines, or meditation tracks and still feel something deeper is untouched
You want a gentle practice, not another complicated course
You feel drawn to nature, ceremony, sound, and ancestral wisdom
You want a way to release the day, every night
You are open to being guided, a voice, a sound, a daily ritual
You're tired of barely surviving and ready to begin moving toward a more peaceful life
This is not for you if
You want a quick fix or instant transformation
You want something to do the inner work for you
You are looking for medical treatment, therapy, or diagnosis
You do not want to create quiet space for yourself
You want generic background music
You are unwilling to listen consistently for a few nights
This is a practice. A small one. But still a practice. The people this helps most are the ones who simply begin, and keep showing up for themselves.
From those who've listened
They made me meet different versions of myself. A version as a child, as a teenager, as a young adult. And I was able to meet myself with so much love and compassion and forgiveness, and feel complete.
